I'm Leeza Dennis, and I'm genuinely glad you're here.

I'm a UX researcher and service designer working at the seam between people and the large, tangled systems that govern their lives.

My practice is deliberately multidisciplinary. I move between ethnographic fieldwork and enterprise architecture, between a sticky-note wall and a service blueprint, between the citizen at the counter and the policy department that sits three rooms away. Good design means holding all of it at once.

I've been designing since the Myspace days, when I'd slap together HTML and prayed it came out pretty. I've grown quite a bit in the twenty-ish years since (though I've kept the part that gets excited when something renders correctly).

I believe we can build a fairer world, and this belief is what shapes how I work as a designer, researcher, writer, and strategist.
